ኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ ኃ/የተ/የግል ለማህበር Road sweeper Tracker Spare part and Accessories አቅርቦት ግዢ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመፈጸም ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 50,000 ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
የድርጅታችን ኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ ኃ/የተ/የግል ማህበር Road sweeper Tracker Spare part and Accessories ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ድርጅቶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ግዢ ለመፈጸም ይፈልጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ በጨረታ ላይ መሳተፍ እንደሚችሉ የሚገልጽ ደብዳቤ፣ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡትን ማስረጃ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ እና የዕቃው ዝርዝር መግለጫ በተለየ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ እንዲሁም ዋጋዎችን በተለየ ሁለተኛ ፖስታ በማድረግ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 50,000 በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና መሆን አለበት። የጨረታ ዶክመንቱን ቦሌ መንገድ ደንበል የገበያ ማዕከል ጀርባ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋና መ/ቤት ህንፃ 5ኛ ፎቅ የግዢ ዋና ክፍል ብር 100.00 በመክፈል ማግኘት ይቻላል። ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ዶክመንታቸውን እስከ ነሀሴ 28 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም 4፡00 ጠዋት ድረስ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይችላሉ። ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት በ4፡30 ጠዋት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በድርጅቱ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል። ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች ያላሟላ ተጫራች ከውድድሩ ዉጪ ይደረጋል። ድርጅቱ ጨረታውን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Commercial Nominees PLC intends to procure Road sweeper Tracker Spare parts and Accessories through an open tender. Bidders must submit a renewed trade license, a letter confirming eligibility to participate, proof of registration in the suppliers list, VAT registration certificate, a bid bond (CPO), and detailed specifications of the goods in a separately sealed envelope, with prices in a second sealed envelope. The bid bond of 50,000 Birr must be in the form of a bank-confirmed CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee. Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Department on the 5th floor of the company's head office behind Dembel City Center on Bole Road, upon payment of 100 Birr. Bidders must submit their proposals in the designated tender box by 4:00 AM on Nehase 28, 2018 E.C. The tender will be opened at 4:30 AM on the same day in the company's meeting hall in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. Bidders who fail to meet the requirements will be disqualified without further notice. The company reserves the right to cancel the tender in part or in full.
