የኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ ኃ/የተ/የግል ማህበር ለሎት 1 የጽዳት ዕቃዎች እና ለሎት 2 የካሜራ እና አክሰሰሪዎች ግዥ ጨረታ ይፋ አድርጓል። ተጫራቾች የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና አስፈላጊ ሰነዶችን በማሟላት መወዳደር ይችላሉ።
የኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ ኃ/የተ/የግል ማህበር ሎት1፡ ልዩ ልዩ የጽዳት ዕቃዎች (ፎጣ፣ አቡጅዲ…) እና ሎት2፡ የፎቶና ቪዲዮ ካሜራ እንዲሁም የፎቶና ቪዲዮ ካሜራ አክሴሰሪዎች ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ድርጅቶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ግዢ ለመፈጸም ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ በጨረታ ላይ መሳተፍ እንደሚችሉ የሚገልጽ ደብዳቤ፣ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡትን ማስረጃ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ እና የዕቃው ወይም የአገልግሎቱ ዝርዝር መግለጫ በተለየ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ እንዲሁም ዕቃዎቹን የምታቀርቡባቸውን ዋጋ በተለየ በሰም በታሸገ ሁለተኛ ፖስታ በማድረግ እንዲወዳደሩ ይጋብዛል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለያንዳንዱ ሎት ብር 100,000 በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ከመጫረቻ ዶክመንት ጋር መቅረብ ይኖርበታል። ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ዶክመንታቸውን እስከ ነሃሴ 26 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም 4፡00 ጠዋት ድረስ ማስገባት ይችላሉ። ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት በ4፡30 ጠዋት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በድርጅቱ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል። ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች ያላሟላ ተጫራች ያለተጨማሪ ማስታወቂያ ከውድድሩ ዉጪ ይደረጋል። ድርጅቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Commercial Nominees PLC intends to procure Lot 1: various cleaning supplies (towels, abujedi, etc.) and Lot 2: photo and video cameras as well as camera accessories through an open tender. Bidders are invited to submit their bids with a renewed business license, a letter confirming eligibility to participate, proof of registration in the supplier list, VAT registration certificate, bid bond (CPO), and detailed specification of the goods or services in a separately sealed envelope, and prices in a second separately sealed envelope. A bid bond of 100,000 Birr per lot, in the form of a bank-confirmed CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee, must be submitted with the bid documents. Bidders must submit their bid documents by 4:00 AM on Nehase 26, 2018 E.C. The bids will be opened on the same day at 4:30 AM in the company's meeting hall in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. Bidders who fail to meet the requirements will be disqualified without further notice. The company reserves the right to cancel the tender partially or in full.
