የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 መሰረት ንብረት ባለበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ሐራጅ ይሸጣል። ጨረታው በአዳማ ዲስትሪክት ጽ/ቤት ይካሄዳል።
የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት ቀጥሎ የተመለከተውን ንብረት ባለበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ሐራጅ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል። ንብረቱ፡- ሐዋስ ቡሎ ሚደክሶ አለምጤና ኦዳ፣ WBIFLMB/3419/AL/2006፣ 400 ካ.ሜ፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 2,631,544.16 ብር። ጨረታው 5ኛ ዙር ሲሆን በ26/01/2019 ዓ.ም ጠዋት 4፡00-6፡00 ይካሄዳል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ ¼ኛውን በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፤ የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ተመራጭ ነው። ጨረታው የሚካሄደው በአዳማ ዲስትሪክት ጽ/ቤት ነው። አሸናፊው በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ቀሪውን ገንዘብ ከፍሎ ማጠናቀቅ አለበት፤ ካልሆነ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል። የስም ማዘዋወሪያ እና ማንኛውም ወጪ በገዢው ይከፈላል። ባንኩ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ የመስረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, under Proclamation Nos. 97/90 and 216/92, intends to sell the following property as-is through public auction. Property: Hawassa Bulo Midekso Alemtena Oda, WBIFLMB/3419/AL/2006, 400 sq. km, starting price 2,631,544.16 Birr. The auction is the 5th round and will be held on 26/01/2019 E.C. at 4:00-6:00 AM. Bidders must deposit one-fourth of the starting price via a bank-confirmed CPO; CBE CPO is preferred. The auction will take place at the Adama District Office. The winner must pay the balance within 15 days; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited to the bank. All transfer and related costs are borne by the buyer. The bank reserves the right to cancel partially or fully if a better option arises.
