የንግድ ባንክ ኢትዮጵያ የቪዛ ዱዋል ኢንተርፌስ ክላሲክ ዴቢት እና ነጭ ሌብል ክሬዲት ካርዶችን ለማቅረብ ዓለም አቀፍ ውድድር ጨረታ አውጥቷል። ጨረታው በሴፕቴምበር 01፣ 2026 ይከፈታል።
የንግድ ባንክ ኢትዮጵያ (CBE) የሚከተሉትን ዕቃዎች ለማቅረብ ዓለም አቀፍ ውድድር ጨረታ (ICB) ይፋ ያደርጋል፡- ቪዛ ዱዋል ኢንተርፌስ ክላሲክ ዴቢት እና ነጭ ሌብል ክሬዲት ካርዶች። የጨረታ ሰነድ ከነሐሴ 10፣ 2026 ጀምሮ በንግድ ባንክ ኢትዮጵያ፣ ግዥ ንዑስ ሂደት፣ ከቫቲካን ኤምባሲ ተቃራኒ፣ ከጊብሰን የወጣቶች አካዳሚ አጠገብ፣ ፋሲሊቲዎች ማኔጅመንት ህንፃ፣ 2ኛ ፎቅ፣ ክፍል ቁጥር 205 ተገኝቶ የማይመለስ ክፍያ ETB 500 (አምስት መቶ ብር ብቻ) በአካውንት ቁጥር 1000134998028 ለCBE ፋይናንስ ሂደት በመክፈል መውሰድ ይቻላል። የጨረታ ሰነድ በስራ ሰዓት (ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ 8፡00-12፡00 ከቀኑ እና 1፡00-4፡15 ከሰዓት በኋላ፤ እና ቅዳሜ 8፡00-11፡45 ከቀኑ) የክፍያ ማስረጃ በማቅረብ መሰብሰብ ይቻላል። የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የግብር ክፍያ ማረጋገጫ እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ማረጋገጫ ቅጂ ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው። የጨረታ ሰነዱን በመስመር ላይ ከ https://bids.extratenders.com/ ማግኘት ይቻላል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ በሚሰበስቡበት ጊዜ የድርጅታቸውን ቀጥተኛ ስልክ ቁጥር፣ ሞባይል ቁጥር፣ ፋክስ ቁጥር እና ኢሜይል አድራሻ በትክክል መግለጽ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ግንኙነት ባለመቀበሉ ምክንያት የሚደርስ ጉዳት የባንኩ ኃላፊነት አይሆንም። የጨረታ ሀሳብ ከላይ በሰንጠረዡ ውስጥ በተጠቀሰው መጠን በቅድመ ክፍያ ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና መልክ ባለቅድመ ክፍያ ወይም የገንዘብ ክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (C.P.O.) መታጀብ አለበት። የጨረታ ማስያዣ/EMD በሌላ መልኩ ተቀባይነት የለውም። EMD/የጨረታ ማስያዣ በተለየ ኤንቨሎፕ ከሴፕቴምበር 01፣ 2026 12፡00 ከሌሊቱ (6፡00 የአካባቢ ሰዓት) በፊት መቅረብ አለበት። ሁሉም ጨረታዎች በንግድ ባንክ ኢትዮጵያ ለዚሁ ዓላማ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ መጣል አለባቸው።
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) invites international competitive bids (ICB) for the procurement of the following item: Visa Dual Interface Classic Debit and White Label Credit Cards. The bid document can be obtained starting from August 10, 2026, from Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Procurement Sub-Process, opposite to Vatican Embassy, next to Gibson Youth Academy, Facilities Management Building, 2nd Floor, Room No. 205, against payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr only) through Account No. 1000134998028, to the account of CBE Finance Process. The bid document shall be collected during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 A.M. and 1:00–4:15 P.M.; and Saturday 8:00-11:45 A.M.) by presenting the payment advice. Presenting a copy of renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate is a must. The bid document can also be accessed online from https://bids.extratenders.com/. Bidders shall be quite sure to state direct line phone number, cell phone number, fax number, and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting bid documents. Failure in receipt of bid communication due to incorrectness of the above will not be the responsibility of the bank. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by the bid bond/Earnest Money Deposit in the amount as stated above in the table in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O.). Bid bond/EMD in any other form is not acceptable. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)/Bid Bond shall be submitted in a separate envelope on or before September 01, 2026, 12:00 A.M. (6:00 local time). All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.
