የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 መሰረት ሁለት የንግድ ህንፃዎችን በግልጽ ጨረታ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋን 1/4ኛውን በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. በማስያዝ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ።
የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 መሰረት ቀጥሎ የተመለከተውን ንብረት በግልጽ ጨረታ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡. ንብረቶቹ፡- 1) አቶ ተረፈ ቦጋለ የተባሉ ባለይዞታ የንግድ ህንፃ በአርቦዬ ቅርንጫፍ፣ መለያ ቁጥር 01-181/2013፣ ስፋት 563.34 ካ.ሜ፣ የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 3,086,345.23 ብር። 2) አቶ ተረፈ ቦጋለ የተባሉ ባለይዞታ የንግድ ህንፃ በአርቦዬ ቅርንጫፍ፣ መለያ ቁጥር 01-182/2013፣ ስፋት 640.29 ካ.ሜ፣ የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 3,300,886.27 ብር። ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ 1/4ኛውን በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. በማስያዝ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ። ጨረታው የሚካሄደው በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ አሰላ ዲስትሪክት ሲሆን ማብራሪያ ከአሰላ ዲስትሪክት ህግ ክፍል ወይም አርቦዬ ቅርንጫፍ ማግኘት ይቻላል። አሸናፊው በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ቀሪውን ገንዘብ ከፍሎ ማጠናቀቅ ይኖርበታል፤ ካላጠናቀቀ የያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል። አሸናፊው የስም ማዛወሪያ እና ማንኛውም ወጪ እራሱ ይከፍላል። የንግድ ማህበራት ወክለው ለመጫረት የማህበራቱን መመስረቻ እና መተዳደርያ ደንብ የያዘና ስልጣን ያለው መሆን አለባቸው። ባንኩ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia intends to sell the following properties through public auction per Proclamation No. 97/90 and 216/92. Properties: 1) Commercial building owned by Ato Terefe Bogale, at Arboye Branch, ID No. 01-181/2013, area 563.34 sqm, base price 3,086,345.23 Birr. 2) Commercial building owned by Ato Terefe Bogale, at Arboye Branch, ID No. 01-182/2013, area 640.29 sqm, base price 3,300,886.27 Birr. Bidders or their legal representatives must register by depositing one-fourth of the bid base price in a bank-guaranteed CPO. The auction will be held at CBE Assela District; clarifications can be obtained from Assela District Legal Department or Arboye Branch. The winner must pay the remaining amount within 15 days; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited to the bank. The winner bears all transfer and related costs. Companies bidding must provide documents proving their establishment and authority. The bank reserves the right to cancel the tender partially or fully.
