የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 መሰረት የተያዙ መኖሪያ ቤቶችን እና የድርጅት ቤቶችን በግልጽ ሐራጅ ይሸጣል። ጨረታው በንብረቱ ቦታ ይካሄዳል።
የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሰረት ቀጥሎ የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ በ1ኛ እና በ2ኛ ሐራጅ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ንብረቶቹ በነቀምቴ፣ አንገር ጉቴ፣ ኢንዚ፣ ኮሚቶ፣ ሶጌ እና ቢላ ነጆ ይገኛሉ። ማንኛውም ተጫራች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሉ የሐራጁን መነሻ ዋጋ 1/4 ኛ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲፒኦ) ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በማስያዝ መጫረት ይችላል። ሐራጁ የሚከናወነው ንብረቶቹ በሚገኝበት ቦታ ነው። የንግድ ማህበራትን ወክሎ ለመጫረት የማህበራቱን መመስረቻ እና መተዳደርያ ደንብ የያዘና በማህበራቱ ስም ንብረት ለመግዛት ስልጣን ያለው መሆን አለበት። የጨረታ አሸናፊ ቀሪ ገንዘብ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ መክፈል አለበት። ባንኩ ሐራጁን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, under Proclamation Nos. 97/90 and 216/92, will sell the following properties as-is through public auction in the 1st and 2nd rounds. The properties are located in Nekemte, Anger Gutin, Inzi, Komito, Soge, and Bila Najo. Any bidder or legal representative may participate by depositing 1/4 of the minimum price via confirmed payment order (CPO) or cash. The auction will take place at the property locations. Companies bidding must present founding and operational documents and proof of authority to purchase property. The winning bidder must pay the remaining balance within 15 days. The bank reserves the right to cancel the auction in whole or in part.
