ችዋችመን ብረታብረት እና ጠቅላላ ንግድ ሥራ አ.ማ. በኢትዮጵያ ካፒታል ገበያ ባለስልጣን ለመመዝገብ የሚያስፈልገውን ገለልተኛ የሕግ አማካሪ ድርጅት በጨረታ ለመቅጠር ይፈልጋል።
ችዋችመን ብረታብረት እና ጠቅላላ ንግድ ሥራ አ.ማ. 1-ምድር-ቤት እና 5 ፎቅ (B+G+5) ያለው ሕንጻ እና ምድር (G+0) ሱቆችን አስገንብቶ በማከራየት ላይ ሲሆን 2-ምድር-ቤት እና 6 ፎቅ (2B+G+6) የመኖሪያ አፓርታማ በማስገንባት ላይ የሚገኝ አክሲዮን ማኅበር ነው። ከመንግስት በወረደ አቅጣጫ መሠረት በኢትዮጵያ ካፒታል ገበያ ባለስልጣን ለመመዝገብ የአገበያየት አማካሪ (Transaction Advisor) አወዳድሮ በመቅጠር በምዝገባ ሂደት ሥራ ላይ ይገኛል። ድርጅታችን በምዝገባ ሂደቱ ላይ ገለልተኛ የሕግ አማካሪ መቅጠር እንዳለበት ስለተረዳ ተገቢውን መስፈርት ያሟሉ የሕግ ድርጅቶችን ለዚሁ ሥራ አወዳድሮ በጊዜያዊነት መቅጠር ይፈልጋል። በመሆኑም መስፈርቱን የምታሟሉ የሕግ ተቋማት ከዛሬ ጀምሮ በሚቆጠሩ ተከታታይ 5 የሥራ ቀናት ልምዳችሁን የያዘ ሞያዊ (Technical) እና ሒሳባዊ (Financial) ምክረ-ዐሳብ በታሸገ ፖስታ እንድታቀርቡ እንጋብዛለን።
Chawachemene Metal and General Trading S.C. is a share company that has constructed and is renting out a building with 1 basement and 5 floors (B+G+5) and ground-level (G+0) shops, and is constructing a residential apartment with 2 basements and 6 floors (2B+G+6). In accordance with the government's directive, it is in the process of registering with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority and has been working on the registration process by competitively hiring a Transaction Advisor. The organization has realized that it needs to hire an independent legal advisor for the registration process and therefore wishes to competitively hire, on a temporary basis, law firms that meet the appropriate criteria. Accordingly, we invite law firms that meet the criteria to submit a technical and financial proposal, including your experience, in a sealed envelope within 5 consecutive working days from today.
