በላይነህ ክንዴ ጠቅላላ ሥራ ተቋራጭ ወደ ተለያዩ የግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ሳይቶች የኮንስትራክሽን ግብዓቶችን የሚያጓጉዙ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሰጭዎችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። ህጋዊ ፈቃድ ያላቸው እና በቂ ተሽከርካሪዎችን ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ትራንስፖርተሮች እንዲሳተፉ ተጋብዘዋል።
ድርጅታችን በላይነህ ክንዴ ጠቅላላ ሥራ ተቋራጭ ወደ ተለያዩ የግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ሳይቶች የኮንስትራክሽን ግብዓቶች (ጭነት) የሚያጓጉዙ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሰጭዎች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት መግዛት ይፈልጋል። በመሆኑም ህጋዊ ፈቃድ ያላቸው እና በቂ ተሽከርካሪዎችን ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ትራንስፖርተሮች በጨረታው እንዲሳተፉ ተጋብዘዋል። ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የዘመኑ ግብር የከፈሉበት ማስረጃ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። ተጫራጮች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከድርጅታችን ግዥ ክፍል መውሰድ ይቻላሉ። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስረከቢያ ዋጋቸውን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ እስከ ማስታወቂያው መውጫ ቀን ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ 10 ፐርሰንት ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (ቢድ ቦንድ) በጥሬ ገንዘብ፤ በቼክ ወይም ባንክ በተመሰከረለት ሲ.ፒ.ኦ፤ ለብቻ በአነስተኛ ፖስታ በሰም የታሸገ ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ወይም ፕሮፎርማ ኢንቮይስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፤ ከላይ የተጠቀሱት ማስረጃዎች እና ሌሎችም ተወዳዳሪዎች ለውድድር ይጠቅመኛል የሚሏቸው ማስረጃዎች መቅረብ ይችላሉ። ከላይ የተጠቀሱት ሁሉም ማስረጃዎች በትልቅ ፖስታ ውስጥ በሰም ታሽገው እና ማህተም አርፎባቸው መቅረብ እና አራት ኪሎ፤ አማራ ሚዲያ ኮርፖሬሽን ህንጻ የምድር ወለል በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ቢሮ እስከ መስከረም 20 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን አስመዝግበው እስከ ቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት አለባቸው። የጨረታ ሳጥኑ መስከረም 20 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራጮች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። አሸናፊዎች ጨረታውን ማሸነፋቸውን ድርጅቱ ከአሳወቀ ጀምሮ ባሉት አምስት ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ውል መያዝ አለባቸው። በተጠቀሰው ጊዜ ውል ካልያዙ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው ገንዘብ ተመላሽ አይሆንም። ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Belayneh Kindie General Contractor invites legally licensed transporters capable of providing sufficient vehicles to participate in an open bid for the procurement of transport services to haul construction inputs (freight) to various construction project sites. Bidders are required to submit a renewed business license, proof of current tax payment, VAT registration certificate, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Bidders may collect the bid document from the company's Procurement Department. Bidders must submit their bid price in a sealed envelope by the advertisement's closing date. They must submit a 10 percent bid bond in cash, check, or bank-certified CPO, separately in a small sealed envelope, along with the price submission or proforma invoice. The above-listed documents and any other documents bidders deem useful for the competition may be submitted. All the above-listed documents must be placed in a large envelope, sealed and stamped, and registered in the box prepared for this purpose at the company's office located on the ground floor of the Amhara Media Corporation building, 4 Kilo, by Meskerem 20, 2019 E.C., and submitted by 8:00 AM on that day. The bid box will be closed at 8:00 AM on Meskerem 20, 2019 E.C. and opened at 8:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. Winners must sign a contract within five consecutive working days from the date the company notifies them of winning the bid. If they fail to sign the contract within the specified time, the bid bond money will not be returned. The company reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part if it finds a better alternative.
