አምረፍ ሄልዝ አፍሪካ የኢትዮጵያ ቢሮ ለአምረፍ ሄልዝ አፍሪካ በኢትዮጵያ የህጋዊ ኦዲት እና ዓመታዊ የሂሳብ መግለጫ ኦዲት አገልግሎት ጨረታ ይጋብዛል። ሙሉ የጨረታ ሰነዶች በእንግሊዝኛ ከ2merkato ድህረ ገጽ ማግኘት ይቻላል። በኢትዮጵያ ህግ የተደራጁ እና ፈቃድ ያላቸው ድርጅቶች መሳተፍ ይችላሉ። በኢትዮጵያ ህጋዊ ምዝገባ እና ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣ በአካውንቲንግ እና ኦዲቲንግ ቦርድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣ አለም አቀፍ ኤንጂኦዎችን የመጨረሻ ልምድ ያላቸው፣ የተረጋገጡ አካውንታንቶች (ACCA, CPA, ወዘተ) ያሏቸው፣ ባለፉት 3 ዓመታት ተመሳሳይ ኦዲት ያካሄዱ መሆን አለባቸው። ጨረታዎች በሶፍት ኮፒ ብቻ በቴክኒክ እና በፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶች ተለይተው በኢሜይል እስከ ነሐሴ 31፣ 2026 ከቀኑ 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ መቅረብ አለባቸው። የፋይናንሺያል ጨረታ የሚከፈተው በቴክኒክ ግምገማ ለሚበቁ ብቻ ነው። ዘግይተው የቀረቡ ጨረታዎች ውድቅ ይሆናሉ።

Complete sets of tender documents in English can be obtained from the 2merkato site link. All firms organized and licensed under the laws of Ethiopia that qualify to bid are invited. Requirements include: legal registration and authorization to practice in Ethiopia, license by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE), experience in auditing international NGOs, staff capacity with certified accountants (ACCA, CPA, etc.), and proof of similar audits in the last 3 years with references. Bids must be submitted in soft copy only, clearly marked as Technical and Financial documents, via email to [email protected] on or before August 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The financial bid will be opened only for bidders who qualify in the technical evaluation. Late submissions will be rejected.
