አማራ ባንክ አ.ማ ህዳር 27 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም በአዲስ አበባ ጃንሜዳ ለሚያካሄደው የባለአክስዮኖች ዓመታዊ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ አስመልክቶ የመድረክ፣ የሳውንድ ሲስተም፣ የስክሪን አቅርቦት፣ ቀጥታ ስርጭት እና ዶክመንቴሽን አገልግሎት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡
አማራ ባንክ አ.ማ ህዳር 27 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም በአዲስ አበባ ጃንሜዳ ለሚያካሄደው የባለአክስዮኖች ዓመታዊ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ አስመልክቶ ለሚደረግ ሁነት ዝግጅት ግብዓት ሆነው የሚያገለግሉ ከዚህ በታች በሰንጠረዥ የተጠቀሱትን የተለያዩ አገልግሎት እና አቅርቦቶችን በብቃት መፈፀም የሚችሉ ድርጅቶችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ የጨረታ ቁጥር፡- አባ/ግፋማመ/ሀግጨ/039/2026። ሎት 1፡ የመድረክ፣ የሳውንድ ሲስተም፣ የስክሪን አቅርቦት፣ ቀጥታ ስርጭት እና ዶክመንቴሽን (Stage, Sound System, Screen, Live stream and documentation Service)። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሠነዱን ከለገሃር ወደ አዲስ አበባ ስታዲየም በሚወስደው መንገድ መብራቱን እንደተሻገሩ የአመልድ ህንፃ ላይ በሚገኘው የባንኩ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ግዥና ፋሲሊቲዎች አስተዳደር መምሪያ 20ኛ ወለል ላይ ከመስከረም 11 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት (ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ ከጠዋቱ 2፡00 ሰዓት እስከ ቀኑ 11፡00 ሰዓት እንዲሁም ቅዳሜ ከጠዋቱ 2፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 6፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ) የምድር ወለል ላይ የሚገኘው አዲስ አበባ ቅርንጫፍ ለእያንዳንዱ የማይመለስ ብር 500.00 በመክፈል ማግኘት ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው በኋላ የሚመለስ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Bid Bond) ከጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን ጀምሮ ለ120 ቀናት ፀንቶ የሚቆይ ሲፒኦ ወይም ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ በሚሰጥ የባንክ ዋስትና (Unconditional Bank Guarantee) በአማራ ባንክ አ.ማ. ስም አሰርተው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። ተጫራቾች የሙያ ፈቃድ፣ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የግብር ከፋይ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እና ታክስ ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ በማድረግ ከላይ በተገለፀው ቀን እና ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
Amhara Bank S.C. invites eligible firms to compete in an open tender for the various services and supplies listed in the table below, which will serve as event preparation inputs for its shareholders' annual general meeting to be held on Hidar 27, 2019 E.C. at Janmeda, Addis Ababa. Tender No.: Aba/GFAMA/HGCh/039/2026. Lot 1: Stage, Sound System, Screen, Live stream and documentation Service. Bidders may obtain the tender document starting from Meskerem 11, 2019 E.C. during working hours (Monday to Friday from 2:00 in the morning to 11:00, and Saturday from 2:00 in the morning to 6:00) at the Bank's Head Office, Procurement and Facilities Administration Department, 20th floor, located at the Ameld Building on the road from Legahar to Addis Ababa Stadium, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 at the Addis Ababa Branch located on the ground floor. Bidders must submit a refundable Bid Bond valid for 120 days from the tender opening date, in the form of a CPO or an unconditional Bank Guarantee issued in the name of Amhara Bank S.C. Bidders must submit their professional license, renewed business license, commercial registration certificate, taxpayer certificate, VAT and tax clearance. Bidders must submit their tender documents in a sealed envelope on the date and time indicated above.
