አሐዱ ባንክ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 መሠረት የተያዙ ንብረቶችን (መጋዘን፣ መኖሪያ ቤቶች እና አፓርትመንት) በግልጽ ሐራጅ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። ጨረታው መስከረም 4 እና 5 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ይካሄዳል።
አሐዱ ባንክ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 (እንደተሻሻለው) በተሰጠው ስልጣን እና ውክልና መሠረት ቀጥሎ የቀረቡትን ንብረቶች በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ንብረቶቹ፡- 1) መጋዘን ባህርዳር፣ ጣና ክ/ከተማ፣ 3000 ካ.ሜ፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 35,130,056.25 ብር፤ 2) መኖሪያ ቤት አዲስ አበባ፣ ቦሌ ክ/ከተማ፣ 105 ካ.ሜ፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 9,895,791.00 ብር፤ 3) የመኖሪያ ቤት አፓርትመንት (3ኛ ፎቅ) አዲስ አበባ፣ ን/ስ/ላፍቶ ክ/ከተማ፣ 107.95 ካ.ሜ፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 9,548,172.00 ብር፤ 4) መኖሪያ ቤት ጅግጅጋ ከተማ፣ ቀበሌ 11፣ 262.5 ካ.ሜ፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 9,515,121.00 ብር፤ 5) መኖሪያ ቤት ጅግጅጋ ከተማ፣ ቀበሌ 12፣ 200 ካ.ሜ፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 4,611,890.00 ብር። ተጫራቾች የሐራጁን መነሻ ዋጋ አንድ አራተኛ (1/4ኛ) በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ.) በአሐዱ ባንክ አ.ማ ስም በማሰራት ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል። አሸናፊው ቀሪ ገንዘብ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ መክፈል አለበት። በሐራጅ ላይ ተጫራቾች፣ ተበዳሪ እና ንብረት አስያዥ ወይም ሕጋዊ ተወካዮቻቸው ብቻ መገኘት ይችላሉ።
Ahadu Bank SC, under Proclamation No. 97/1990 (as amended), seeks to sell the following properties by public auction: 1) Warehouse in Bahir Dar, Tana Sub-city, 3000 sqm, starting price 35,130,056.25 birr; 2) Residential house in Addis Ababa, Bole Sub-city, 105 sqm, starting price 9,895,791.00 birr; 3) Residential apartment (3rd floor) in Addis Ababa, Nifas Silk-Lafto Sub-city, 107.95 sqm, starting price 9,548,172.00 birr; 4) Residential house in Jigjiga, Kebele 11, 262.5 sqm, starting price 9,515,121.00 birr; 5) Residential house in Jigjiga, Kebele 12, 200 sqm, starting price 4,611,890.00 birr. Bidders must deposit one-fourth (1/4) of the starting price via bank payment order (CPO) in the name of Ahadu Bank SC. The winner must pay the remaining amount within 15 days. Only bidders, debtors, and property owners or their legal representatives may attend the auction.
