Abay Bank Invites Bidders for the Supply of Various Items
አባይ ባንክ ለተለያዩ እቃዎች አቅርቦት ጨረታ ይፋ አድርጓል። ጨረታው በሁለት ሎቶች የተከፈለ ሲሆን የጨረታ ሰነድ ከመስከረም 12 ቀን 2026 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ መግዛት ይቻላል።
አባይ ባንክ ሁሉም ፍላጎት ያላቸው እና ብቁ ተጫራቾች በተዘረዘሩት እቃዎች አቅርቦት ላይ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል። ጨረታው በሁለት ሎቶች የተከፈለ ነው፡- ሎት 1፡ የተለያዩ የቢሮ እቃዎች (ዳግም ጨረታ) - ማኔጅመንት ሃይ-ባክ ስዊቨል ወንበር፣ መካከለኛ የጀርባ መረት ወንበር፣ እንግዳ ወንበር፣ ስዊቨል ቴለር ስቶል - የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 500,000 ብር። ሎት 2፡ የማይክሮሶፍት 365 ቢዝነስ ስታንዳርድ ፍቃድ እድሳት - የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 50,000 ብር። የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ፣ የግብር ክፍያ ማረጋገጫ እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ቅጂ ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው። የጨረታ ሰነድ ከሴፕቴምበር 12, 2026 ጀምሮ በአባይ ባንክ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት፣ ዘቀዋል ኮምፕሌክስ ህንፃ፣ 8ኛ ፎቅ (በባምቢስ አካባቢ ወይም ከባምቢስ NOC ነዳጅ ማደያ ፊት ለፊት) በሚገኘው የግዥ እና ንብረት አስተዳደር ክፍል ቢሮ የማይመለስ 250 ብር (15% ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እና የአገልግሎት ክፍያን ጨምሮ) በአባይ ባንክ ዋና ቅርንጫፍ ግሪድ ፎር በማስገባት መግዛት ይቻላል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከሌላ የሀገር ውስጥ ባንክ የተሰጠ ቅድመ ሁኔታ የሌለው እና የማይሻር የባንክ ዋስትና ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ጀምሮ ቢያንስ 120 ቀናት የሚሸፍን ወይም በማንኛውም የሀገር ውስጥ ባንክ የተሰጠ የካሽየር ቼክ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ) መሆን አለበት። የጨረታ ሰነዶች በአባይ ባንክ የግዥ ክፍል በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ መጣል አለባቸው።
Abay Bank invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the tender for the supply of the items listed below. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Different Furniture (Rebid) - Managerial High-Back Swivel Chair – Mesh, Medium-Back Swivel Chair – Mesh, Guest Chair – Mesh, Swivel Teller Stool – Back Mesh - Bid security: 500,000 Birr. Lot 2: Microsoft 365 Business Standard License Renewal - Bid security: 50,000 Birr. Submission of a copy of renewed Trade license, Tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate is mandatory. Bid documents can be obtained starting from September 12, 2026, from the Procurement and Property Management Department office at Abay Bank Head Office, Zequal Complex Building, 8th floor (Around Bambis or in front of Bambis NOC Fuel station) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr Only) including 15% VAT and service charge for each lot, by depositing at Abay Bank S.C, Main Branch Head Office Ground floor during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 A.M, 1:00-5:00 P.M and Saturday 8:00-12:00 A.M). The bid security shall be in the form of an Unconditional & Irrevocable Bank Guarantee issued by another local Bank with a validity period of not less than 120 days from the date of bid opening, or a Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) issued by any local Bank. Bid documents must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement Division, located at Abay Bank S.C.
