Position 1: Customer Service Officer

• Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year and above of experience in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Duty Station: Dire Dawa, Kombolcha, Jimma, Bishoftu

Position 2: IT Support Officer

• Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Duty Station: Bishoftu, Jimma

Position 3: Customer Service Manager-I

• Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 years and above, with at least 1 year of experience in a senior position in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Duty Station: Jimma, Hawassa, Kombolcha, Bishoftu

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer

• Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 years and above, with at least 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Duty Station: Dire Dawa, Jimma, Hawassa, Kombolcha

Position 5: Senior Customer Service Officer-Cash

• Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 years and above, with at least 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Duty Station: Jimma, Bishoftu, Adama, Kombolcha

Position 6: Branch Manager-III

• Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or other related fields.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Duty Station: Jimma, Hawassa, Adama
