VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an Institution established according to proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.

VisionFund MFI is currently looking for candidates for the following positions of the successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:

Position: Junior E-Banking Officer

EDUCATION/TRAINING

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 Years of experience

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

Ability to work with very minimum supervision

Self-motivated with good interpersonal skill

Excellent report writing and presentation skills

Proactive and result-oriented

Exposure to the electronic payment systems in Ethiopia

Excellent understanding of Digital Financial Services Platform

High level of analytical and creative skills

Excellent written and report writing skills in English;

Understanding of digital channels operations and services

Excellent complaint handling skills.

Major Responsibilities

Provide technical support for internal staffs and customers,

Periodically identifies gaps and takes corrective measures on E-Banking systems

Participate on implementation, enhancement and support of E-Banking systems

Participate on implementation of remaining E-Banking products/services

Follow up correction of any system errors identified by customers and branches,

Ensure approved correct formats are used for account opening,

Provide Users training E-Banking Products / Services

Ensures that proper changes are made in E-Banking systems configuration and parameters,

Provide support and timely feedback on customer complaints relating to all Digital financial services
