Sidama Bank seeks to establish itself as a technology-focused bank. Therefore, it intends to adopt state-of-the-art financial technologies as the foundation of its services. The bank has approximately two thousand shareholders, comprising individuals, cooperatives, regional government offices, churches, associations, and private enterprises.

Sidama Bank S.C. invites qualified candidates to apply for the available positions.

Position 1: Principal Compliance & Standardization

Qualification:  First Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Experience:  6 years (Bachelor’s) or 4 years (Master’s) of relevant experience, of which 4/2 years must be in senior positions.

Position 2. Principal Acquired Property Officer

Qualification:  First Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Experience:  6 years (Bachelor’s) or 4 years (Master’s) of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in senior or equivalent positions.

Position 3. Principal Procurement Officer

Qualification:  First Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Experience:  6 years (Bachelor’s) or 4 years (Master’s) of relevant experience, of which 2/1 years must be in senior or equivalent positions.

Position 4. Principal Property Management Officer

Qualification:  First Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Experience:  6 years (Bachelor’s) or 4 years (Master’s) of relevant experience, of which 4/2 years must be in senior or equivalent positions.
