Shobole Engineering plc is seeking to hire qualified individuals for the positions listed below.

Shobole Electromechanical is a distinguished firm that focuses on a range of projects involving the supply, installation, maintenance, and operation of elevators and escalators, in addition to other electromechanical services.

We are extremely proud of our collaborations with industry leaders such as AKFALIFT Elevator, Elevator Solutions, and a Turkish-based Escalator Manufacturer. These partnerships enable us to import high-quality Turkish elevators that comply with European standards.

Position: Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid)

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

1–4 years  of proven experience in outdoor/field sales, corporate sales (B2B), or industrial sales. Experience selling into the construction or engineering sectors in Ethiopia is highly preferred.

Key Attributes & Skills:

Resilience & Drive:  Highly motivated to spend significant time in the field building new networks from scratch.

Strong Negotiation:  Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in both Amharic and English.

Technical Aptitude:  Ability to understand and confidently discuss basic electromechanical or engineering concepts with technical clients.

Organization:  Disciplined enough to balance a busy field schedule with organized, timely office follow-ups and reporting.

Work Location:  Addis Ababa
