The Refugee and Returnee Service (RRS) is a governmental organization established to provide services to Refugees and Returnee. Currently our country hosts close to 1 million refugees coming from more than 19 countries. The refugees are hosted in 25 refugee camps across the six regional sates of the country and are receiving various basics and social service in collaboration with UN agencies, governmental, non-governmental organization and civil societies.

Position: Junior Mechanic

Job Grade:  IX

Salary:  ETB 38,000 per month

Number of Positions:  1

Duty Station:  Melkadida Branch Office

Documents to Be Submitted at Registration

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

Copies of  educational and work experience certificates/documents , starting from  Grade 8 .

Nature of Work

Willingness and ability to undertake  field travel as required .

Willingness to  work overtime when necessary .

Required Education and Experience

Applicants must meet  one of the following educational and experience requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in automotive  Mechanics, General Mechanics, or a related field , with  no prior work experience required ;  OR

Diploma in  Automotive Mechanics, General Mechanics, or a related field , with at least  2 years of relevant work experience ;  AND

A valid driving license in  Category 3, Public-1, Dry-1, Taxi-2, or a Special Driving License .
