Nyala Insurance Share Company (NISCO) wants to hire qualified competent and motivated candidates for the following positions. Nyala Insurance S.C. (NISCO) is one of the leading Insurance Companies in Ethiopia in terms of performance growth and financial position.

It was established in 1995 to engage in general insurance business pursuant to the enactment of the Insurance Business Proclamation 86/1994 with a subscribed capital of Birr 25 million and paid-up capital of Birr 7 million.

Position: Seventh Round Graduates Trainee Program (NISCO GTP – VII)

Job Summary

With a view to groom fresh talent of different academic background into future Insurance Professionals, Nyala Insurance S.C. (NISCO) would like to recruit recent graduates that would join its Graduate Trainee Program – VII (NISCO GTP – VII).

Successful candidates will be given comprehensive training in order to enable a challenging and enjoyable professional carrier. The training will also bridge the gap between college and work life. Job  Requirement

Qualification :

Have 1 st degree in Insurance, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics and related field of study;

A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75

Certificate of passing exit exam

Persistently craving to excel with a passion to grow;

A graduate of 2018 E.C./2026 G.C. period with No work experience;

Age:  Under 25 years of age.

Number : 35 (Thirty Five) recent graduates on permanent basis

Salary:  an attractive remuneration and benefit package for the post.
