Currently, Horra Corporate Group is led by qualified and experienced professionals, with 500 permanent staff members and 800 temporary workers working in the corporate office and in different business units.

The company manufacturing young professional program is supposed to develop high caliber young professionals in the manufacturing areas. The program will provide a hands-on experience for young professionals in the company Propylene Technology Factory. Participants will develop technical and leadership skills, and prepare for future key roles within the company.

Position: Trainee Sales Officer

Job Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities for Bajaj three-wheelers.

Conduct regular field visits to identify potential customers and market opportunities.

Present and explain Bajaj three-wheeler products, features, benefits, prices, and available financing options to customers.

Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, visits, and other appropriate communication channels.

Convert qualified leads into sales and contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
