Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position.

POSITION: ASSISTANT RECORD OFFICER

Qualification requirements:

A minimum of college diploma / level iii certificate in library science /library and information science /library and information service operation /record management and achieves administration /documents authentication /registration service / secretarial science /office management /information technology / human resource management / any related field of study from a recognized tvet/college /university with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in known organization.

Age limit: 18 -35 years old(inclusive)

From September 15 , 2026, up to September 21 , 2026, at Ethiopian airlines head quarter, Ethiopian airports building ( recruitment & placement office ).

Interested applicants must attach all original and copy of their supporting documents, including but not limited to 8 th grade ministry card & birth certificate only from city administration, Grade 10 certificate, Grade 12 certificate, latest educational credentials, work experiences, Application Letter & Kebele ID card (back and forth).
