E-Ethio Credit System PLC is in search of a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Import/Export Officer to assist with the company’s logistics and import/export operations, banking coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating seamless collaboration with external stakeholders, government agencies, logistics service providers, and financial institutions, while also ensuring the efficiency of internal administrative processes.

Position: Finance and Administration Officer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Professional certifications or finance-related training are an advantage.

Experience Requirements

more than 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, administration, or related roles.

Experience working with accounting software and financial documentation is preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with accounting systems/software is an advantage.

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Location:  Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
