Addis Ababa Silk Road General Hospital (ASRGH) was constructed in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia in 2017 in an echo of the “Belt and Road Initiative” by AFEI Holding.

This 14 story, new state-of-the-art hospital is committed to enhance China-Africa unbreakable friendship and strengthen innovation and practice to improve healthcare in Africa. This new facility is designed for two specific groups: patients and their families and the healthcare professionals.

Position: OR Nurse/ Clinical Nurse

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

BSC in Nursing

Valid Professional license.

Minimum of  2 years’ experience

Knowledge & Skill requirements

Certificate on BLS and ACLS training.

Have good communication skill.

Have some computer skills.

Language: Fluent in English (oral & written).

Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards.

Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any changes or abnormalities.

Prepare patients for surgical procedures and ensure all required pre-operative care is completed.

Prepare and maintain the operating room, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.

Assist surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures.

Maintain strict aseptic technique and comply with infection prevention and control standards.

Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare professionals.

Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Salary

As per the company Scale/ with negotiation.
