Abbay Media Broadcast Service PLC, recognized for its Abbay TV, is a leading media organization in Ethiopia, headquartered in Addis Ababa. The company is dedicated to delivering news and entertainment via television and online platforms such as YouTube, with the objective of providing timely, trustworthy, and impartial news, serving as the “voice for the voiceless,” while also maintaining a significant role in the import/export of media equipment.

We are seeking innovative and technologically adept AI Content Creator Interns who have a strong enthusiasm for AI-generated media and digital content creation. Chosen candidates will undergo a comprehensive recruitment process that includes an examination, a training phase, and a 15-day paid internship/trial program.

Position: 𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 (𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝)

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Strong interest in AI tools, prompt engineering, and digital content creation.

Good written English communication skills.

Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of video/audio editing tools is an advantage.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Generate AI prompts from scripts and content ideas.

Write effective prompts for text, image, audio, and video generation tools.

Create and polish AI-generated content for broadcast and digital platforms.

Perform basic editing and quality checks on generated outputs.

Organize and save prompts, settings, and generated assets properly.

Follow editorial standards, copyright guidelines, and content policies.

Research new AI tools and technologies to improve content production workflows.
