GCL Investment Group is seeking a locally based Tender & Procurement Management Officer in Ethiopia to manage and support local tendering and procurement activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage local tendering and procurement processes.
- Conduct supplier sourcing, market research, and quotation inquiries.
- Coordinate bid opening, evaluation, and tender documentation.
- Communicate with bidders, suppliers, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Handle bidder inquiries, objections, and complaints.
- Support tendering for engineering projects, energy equipment, construction materials, and electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Identify and manage tendering and procurement risks.
- Coordinate with the Group headquarters and relevant business partners.
