- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of all goods received and issued.
- Issue materials based on authorized requests.
- Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper organization and safe storage of materials.
- Maintain updated inventory records and documentation.
- Report damaged, missing, expired, or low-stock items.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory and store management procedures.
