Qualification and Experience

BSC Degree in Medical Laboratory Technologist (0-year Work Experience with Renewed License)

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (2-year work Experience with Renewed License)

Required Skills:

Competent phlebotomy and sample collection skills

Excellent communication and listening skills in addition able using positive language

Strong time management skills

Willingness to improve and motivated for self-development

Proficient in Amharic, English, and other local Languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and label laboratory samples following standard Operating procedure from walking patients and those credit customers’ samples, and also data creation will be performed as necessary.

Submit or send and deliver the collected sample properly with the sample tracking form (pre-alert sheet)

Proper utilization of phlebotomy materials

Enter patient data, collect cash and serve the customers as much possible as necessary.

Report any technical complaints or inquiries to the supervisor.

Other related duties are given by the supervisor or customer service Manager.
