VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENTBright Path Early Intervention and Educational Support is seeking qualified, experienced, compassionate, and dedicated professionals to join our team and provide high-quality, individualized, and inclusive educational support to children with special educational needs and developmental challengesThe successful candidate will be expected to provide professional services and coordinate responsibilities across both the Bulgaria and Gemo sites.We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Special Needs Education Professional who can coordinate the delivery of individualized educational and developmental support and work collaboratively with children, families, teachers, therapists, and other professionals.Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be expected to:-
• Provide professional support and coordinate Special Needs Department activities at both the Bulgaria and Gemo sites.
• Conduct and coordinate assessments, observations, and data collection.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized educational and intervention plans.
• Coordinate appropriate support and interventions for children with special educational needs.
• Supervise and provide professional guidance to One-to-One Assistants and educational staff.
• Monitor children's progress and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting.
• Provide training, coaching, and professional development support to staff.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, Case Managers, and Department Heads.
• Conduct and participate in Parent–Teacher Conferences and parent-training sessions.
• Support the implementation of inclusive and child-centered educational practices.
• Identify challenges and develop appropriate solutions to improve service quality
• Contribute to action research and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practices.
• Ensure that children's individual needs, dignity, safety, and rights are respected at all times.Quantity required: - 2
