ResponsibilitiesWill take in identifiedwomen/minors referred and organize the necessary services required incoordination with the project psychosocial service staff (PSS)Contributes to theidentification of the needs of the beneficiaries and collaborates in definingthe most appropriate reintegration support pathway, proposing the use ofindividual endowments and identifying external services or projects towardswhich to direct the beneficiaries Creates contactbetween the relevant territorial services and the individualOrients the beneficiariesto services provided in the area,  in order to identify and take advantageof new training, workshop and implementation opportunities for its resourcesSupports beneficiariesand communities in developing their own capacities to face and solve theirneeds and/or problems independentlyPrepares timely reportson cases taken on and coordinates with the project's psychosocial service staff(PSS) for multidimensional case managementParticipates in datacollection for the development of a needs analysis of the beneficiaries,identifying their most important vulnerabilitiesCoordinates continuouslywith the shelter manager, psychologist, and psychosocial service staff (PSS)during missions and through remote communication modalitiesContacts the family ofthe beneficiaries and assists them in identifying a suitable family member toparticipate in trainings Maintains contactwith trained beneficiaries for follow-up activitiesProvides direct servicesto the minor beneficiaries of the shelter (including counseling individual andgroup counseling, sets goals, sharing information and suggests other services)based on the individual psychophysical rehabilitation plan.Organizes ongoingfollow-up on the counseling conductedKeeps up-to-date andaccurate records on the beneficiaries of the shelter facilities, includingperiodic registration and ensures their confidentiality. Prepares individualreports for group evaluation meetings for each individualWorks with children/childrento identify and resolve crucial problems that threaten their development and topromote desired behaviorsSeeks informed consentduring consultations
