The company wishes to employ a qualified Import Export Accountant for its Power Import Export firm.Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly creative, technically skilled Social Media & Content Production Manager to drive our digital presence. This is a unique, end-to-end "unicorn" role. You won’t just plan the content; you will shoot it, edit it, and manage its distribution.If you are a strategic thinker who knows how to grow an audience, but also love getting behind the camera and cutting video in post-production, this role is for you. You will be the primary architect and executor of our visual brand across all social platforms.Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) aligned with company goals.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all company social media accounts, including publishing, scheduling, and community management (replying to comments/DMs).
• Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs and metrics. Use data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

1. Camera & Video Production (Cameraman/Videographer)

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and shoot high-quality video and photo content (short-form reels, long-form videos, product shots, behind-the-scenes, interviews).
• Operate camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, smartphones, drones, gimbals) and manage lighting and audio setups for professional-grade production.
• Direct on-screen talent (which may include company founders, employees, or external actors) to ensure the brand voice is captured authentically.
• Manage and maintain all camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

1. Post-Production & Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-optimized videos (adding cuts, transitions, sound design, music, and color grading).
• Create dynamic captions, motion graphics, and thumbnails to maximize viewer retention.
• Edit and retouch photos for social media feeds, website use, and digital advertising.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset management system (DAM) for all raw and edited media files.
