Shift Supervisor Batch and Furnace

Education

BSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.

Training in furnace operation and thermal management and batch processing protocols for glass production.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in glass manufacturing

Skills

In-depth knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and furnace operations Proficiency in quality control methods and production documentation.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
