Senior Reporting Analyst

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology)

2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Reporting, Data, or Business Intelligence Analyst, with demonstrated analytical (not only dashboard-building) responsibilities

Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib/plotly); experience building interactive, code-based reporting tools (e.g., Streamlit, Dash) is strongly preferred

Solid grounding in statistical and analytical methods — trend analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis

Working knowledge of PowerBI, applied selectively alongside programmatic reporting rather than as the default tool.

Practical experience or strong interest in applying LLM tools to data interpretation, insight generation, or reporting workflows

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business narratives

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in presenting analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
