What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown: 

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design appropriate technical solutions and architectures.
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, BoMs, and RFP/tender responses.
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors on solution design, sizing, licensing, and technical requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, systems engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related areas.

Relevant Experience:

• Strong experience in understanding customer business and technical requirements and translating them into appropriate technology solutions.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution designs, Bills of Materials (BoM), compliance responses, and RFP/tender submissions.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, customers, sales teams, and technical teams.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Ability to conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and customer discussions.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Cybersecurity and network security
• Firewalls and application security
• SOC/SIEM and security monitoring
• Identity and access management / PAM
• Servers, storage, virtualization, and data center infrastructure
• Networking and enterprise infrastructure
• Cloud and related enterprise technologies

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications: Relevant professional and vendor certifications are an advantage.
