Training:
Project/Program Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
Community Engagement and Accountability.
Project Management.
Mobile & Remote Data Collection (Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Magpi, CommCare).
Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills), Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
Analytical tools (SPSS, Stata).
Languages:
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Fluency in Amharic (spoken and written).
Knowledge of other local languages relevant to the project is an advantage.
