Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly articulate Senior Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness and digital growth for Droga Pharmacy. In this role, you will act as the face of our retail and digital pharmacy operations, managing our social media footprint, spearheading customer engagement strategies, and accelerating the adoption of our digital pharmacy services.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary brand spokesperson across video content, livestreams, media events, and community campaigns.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to onboard customers to Droga’s digital pharmacy platforms (e.g., mobile app, web ordering, e-prescriptions).
- Create engaging educational content around health awareness, medication adherence, and digital health tools to build market trust.
- Social Media Management & Content Strategy
- Plan, create, and manage content across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
- Script, shoot, and present short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) covering health tips, product launches, and digital features.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, conversion rates, adjusting campaigns for optimal ROI.
- Oversee direct messaging and comments across channels, ensuring prompt, empathetic, and accurate responses.
- Analyze customer queries, reviews, and complaints to collaborate with operations on improving the overall customer experience.
- Implement loyalty initiatives, customer feedback campaigns, and digital retargeting efforts.
