Senior Executive – Standardization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.Industry such as Paint, Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, or Automobiles.Certified Quality Engineer.QMS Auditor certification.Domain knowledge in manufacturing processes, specifically in the Paint or Chemical industry.

Previous Experience

2-5 years of experience as an executive in the manufacturing process

Functional Competencies

To be competent in people managementGood analytical skills

Behavioral Competencies

Should be able to work under pressure with multi-tasking capabilities.
