We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to continuously adapt and align with our company's high-growth vision.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Platform Content & YouTube StrategyDirect end-to-end organic content campaigns and maintain a dominant, consistent presence across all social media and digital platforms.Lead YouTube strategy, overseeing video production workflows, script alignment, and collaboration with video production teams and social media hosts.Drive top-of-funnel brand awareness through creative storytelling and multi-channel content engines.Technical Digital Marketing & SMS Operations Design and execute high-converting SMS marketing campaigns for direct customer engagement and retention.Hands-on management of paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads) optimized for clear conversion metrics and high ROI.Leverage technical marketing tools, analytics platforms, and SEO/SEM best practices to optimize user funnels and track customer journeys.
