The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate product costing, cost analysis, budgeting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting, with particular focus on manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate product and manufacturing cost calculations.
• Analyze direct materials, direct labor, manufacturing overhead, and production variances.
• Prepare and monitor standard and actual production costs.
• Conduct cost variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished-goods inventory costs.
• Prepare monthly cost accounting reports and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Reconcile manufacturing costs and inventory records with the general ledger.
• Work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost information.
• Establish and maintain appropriate cost accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and external/internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and tax requirements.
• Perform other finance and cost-accounting duties assigned by management.
