This role ensures efficient handling of customer requests, compliance with policies and regulations, and contributes to business growth, operational excellence, and the bank’s strategic objectives through professional service delivery.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to bank standards.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints with timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and staff to foster a service-oriented environment.
• Authorize transactions per the bank’s risk appetite, ensuring integrity and compliance.
• Check and authorize transaction requests, verifying alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
• Countersign documents and transaction tickets for accuracy and completeness.
• Deliver high-quality service in line with the bank’s service standards and timelines.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive service.
• Promote the bank’s products, services, and alternative banking channels to enhance engagement.
• Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls.
• Maintain dual control during vault access, cash movements, and end-of-day balancing.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in end-of-day balancing procedures.
• Ensure tasks are performed within established standards and timescales.
• Contribute to team and individual targets through efficient task execution.
• Monitor branch operations to ensure policy and process adherence.
• Participate in resource mobilization activities to support branch goals.
• Facilitate account openings and cross-selling of banking services.
• Enhance the bank’s image through effective customer service.
• Identify and implement process improvements in customer service functions.
