We are seeking a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support, manage office correspondence and documentation, coordinate meetings and appointments, maintain organized records, and assist in the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and secretarial activities and office correspondence.
- Prepare and organize letters, reports, minutes, memos, and official documents.
- Maintain proper physical and electronic filing and documentation systems.
- Manage appointments, meetings, schedules, and related arrangements.
- Receive and direct calls, visitors, and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate communication between management, staff, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain office records, registers, databases, and confidential documents.
- Assist with meetings, presentations, printing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Monitor office stationery and administrative supplies.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
