Sales Supervisor

Qualification :

Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.

Minimum 3 years B2B product or software sales with a proven, demonstrable conversion record, ideally in ERP, POS or enterprise business systems; experience leading, coaching or supervising sellers is required.

Working knowledge of ERP and POS functional requirements (finance, procurement, payroll, inventory, point-of-sale) sufficient to scope client needs and run credible demonstrations.

Comfortable with CRM and pipeline tools; able to prepare proposals and pricing; understanding of solution scoping and requirement gathering.

Professional working proficiency in English and Amharic, written and spoken.

Experience selling to financial-sector or regulated clients; exposure to implementation or requirement analysis; an existing enterprise client network.
