Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

SBG Industry PLC is seeking three (3) dynamic Sales Supervisors to manage and coordinate sales teams, drive sales target achievement, expand market coverage, and ensure efficient distribution and delivery of water products in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans, set individual sales targets for representatives, and ensure full achievement of assigned volume and revenue goals.
• Sales Team Supervision: Supervise, guide, and motivate field sales personnel, assign sales territories, and monitor attendance, punctuality, and daily activities.
• Distribution & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely product availability, stock replenishment, and order tracking until final delivery.
• Market Development: Identify new customers and sales channels, conduct regular market visits, assess opportunities, and expand distribution coverage into new territories.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking sales volume, revenue, customer orders, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Compliance & Accountability: Ensure the sales team adheres strictly to company rules, procedures, and ethical standards, addressing any behavioral or performance issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven, practical professional experience in the FMCG industry or a bottled water manufacturing company.
