SALES SUPERVISOR

Experience:

Years of Experience : 5+ years  of  proven  sales  experience,

Relevant Experience :

2+ years  in  a supervisory  or team-lead role

Strong  preference for  experience in  Solar,  Renewable  Energy,  Elevators, Electrical, Engineering, Construction or  other  technical  products

Skills:

Technical Skills : Ability  to  manage sales  pipelines,  leads,  conversion   rates,  follow-ups  and develop a sales  team

Soft Skills : Strong  negotiation,  presentation,  communication  and  client  relationship  skills Ability to  identify  new markets, business  opportunities  and  strategic  clients Strang  reporting, planning,  forecasting and  problem-salving skills

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Sales,  Marketing,  Business,  Engineering  or  a related  field

Salary : We offer a competitive salary with Company Scale+ Incentive+ Commission

Contract Type : This is a permanent position.
