Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our product offerings to drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing attentive and professional customer service.
• Assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product display.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report popular or low-stock items.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor and team members to support store promotions and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months or more of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related commercial environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.

• Technical Skills: Point-of-sale (POS) operation, cash handling, product merchandising, and basic inventory tracking.
