The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying potential, enjoys interacting with people, and is capable of delivering quality results while working under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching, or related fields
• 1-4 years of experience, preferably in recruitment, talent acquisition, teaching, HR, or related people-focused roles
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for identifying, assessing, and connecting talent with opportunities

Advantageous Skills

• Previous experience in interviewing candidates
• Experience in CV screening and candidate shortlisting
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent assessment methods
• Experience working in a recruitment agency or high-volume hiring environment is a plus
