Position Summary:The Receptionist & Cashier will manage front desk operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payment transactions. Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Register patients and maintain accurate records in the clinic’s system
Process billing, receive payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions
Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy at all times
Assist with general administrative and office tasks as required
