Ramid Trading PLC was established in 2019 and is managed by six partners with experience in import, export, trading, and manufacturing.
The company is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Sales Person to promote its products, identify customer needs, develop customer relationships, and work toward assigned sales targets.
Position: Sales Person
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related position.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Honest, responsible, and professional.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Person will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling company products to customers.
- Identifying new customers and business opportunities.
- Welcoming customers and providing professional assistance.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Explaining product features, prices, promotions, and benefits to customers.
- Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Following up with potential customers and converting leads into sales.
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
- Handling customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Keeping the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
