Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to manage the procurement of all assigned food and beverage categories. The role ensures continuous supply, strict adherence to food safety compliance, competitive pricing, and timely delivery across all company outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase requisitions to determine material and product needs.
• Source qualified food and beverage suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate favorable prices, payment terms, and supply agreements.
• Prepare, process, and issue accurate purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 or more years of professional experience in procurement and property management (prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous).

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Purchasing principles, supplier sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
