- Century Brass Apartment Owners Association is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive
- Property Management Administrator to support the Executive Committee in monitoring and
- coordinating the activities of the Association’s appointed Property Management Company.
- The Administrator will serve as the focal person between the Executive Committee, Property
- Management Company, apartment owners, and tenants, ensuring proper follow-up, documentation,
- communication, and reporting.
- Monitor and follow up on the services and obligations of the Property Management Company.
- Follow up on maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, common-area services, and other outstanding property issues.
- Receive, register, and follow up on owners’ and tenants’ complaints and requests.
- Conduct periodic follow-up/inspection of common areas and report deficiencies to the Executive Committee.
- Maintain proper records of complaints, maintenance issues, correspondence, contracts, reports,and Association decisions.
- Prepare regular reports for the Executive Committee on property management activities,outstanding issues, and required actions.
- Follow up on action items and decisions of the Executive Committee.
- Assist in reviewing service-related documents, quotations, invoices, and other submissions from the Property Management Company.
- Coordinate meetings and communication between the Executive Committee and the Property Management Company.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Executive Committee.
