PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning, productivity and cost management, quality and food safety, equipment maintenance, team leadership, reporting, and compliance to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Education: B.Sc. Degree in Food Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility, preferably in food, beverage, confectionery, or consumer goods manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing production teams and manufacturing operations.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, productivity improvement, and cost control.
