Job Summary

The Vice President – Information System Project Management Office (VP – IS PMO) is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide project management function, ensuring alignment of IT projects with the bank’s strategic objectives and digital transformation agenda. The role focuses on driving project governance, portfolio management, Agile transformation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer value delivery.

Qualification and Work Experience

• M.Sc. / B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science/Systems, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• 10–12 years of related work experience, depending on qualification
• At least 4 years of experience in a senior management role

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of an enterprise-wide project management framework aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and Agile transformation agenda
• Develop, prioritize, and manage the IT project portfolio in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of projects with digital transformation initiatives and business growth strategies
• Drive the transition from traditional project management approaches to Agile methodologies
• Promote a culture of adaptability, speed, innovation, and customer-focused delivery
• Define governance structures, performance metrics, and success criteria for Agile and hybrid project delivery models
• Establish and lead Agile Centers of Excellence and promote Agile training and capability development
• Champion cross-functional Agile squads and collaboration across business units
• Oversee the business analysis function to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and accurate requirements gathering
• Ensure continuous alignment of project outcomes with end-user and business needs
